Manon est docteure en civilisation américaine et ATER en anglais du commerce à l'IUT Nancy-Charlemagne. Le 12 décembre 2024, Manon a soutenu sa thèse intitulée: "La Guerre Froide vue par Hollywood: Berlin au prisme des rapports sociaux de genre, 1945-1961" sous la direction d'André Kaenel.
Ses recherches portent essentiellement sur l'histoire et l'esthétique des cinémas Américain, Ouest- et Est-Allemands (1940-1960), les dynamiques interculturelles germano-américaines, l'identité nationale et culturelle ainsi que les gender-studies. Elle a co-organisé avec Julie Michot le colloque "Discours Politique et Cinéma de Fiction" les 17 et 18 mars 2025.
Durant ses années de thèse, Manon a également été représentante des doctorant.e.s au sein des conseils d'IDEA et de l'école doctorale Humanités Nouvelles - Fernand Braudel, et des ATER au sein du conseil restreint de l'IUT Nancy-Charlemagne.

Manon holds a doctorate in American Civilization Studies and is a teaching assistant in Business English at the University Institute of Technology (IUT) Nancy-Charlemagne. On December 12, 2024, Manon defended her thesis, entitled "La Guerre Froide vue par Hollywood: Berlin au prisme des rapports sociaux de genre, 1945-1961" under the supervision of André Kaenel.
Her research focuses primarily on the history and aesthetics of American, West German, and East German cinema (1940-1960), German-American intercultural dynamics, national and cultural identity, and gender studies. She co-organized the conference "Political Speeches in Film" with Julie Michot on March 17 and 18, 2025.
During her doctoral studies, Manon also served as a doctoral student representative on the boards of IDEA and the Fernand Braudel Doctoral School of New Humanities, and as a teaching and research assistant (ATER) representative on the restricted council of the Nancy-Charlemagne IUT.
