I am currently preparing to write a book on Henry Morley’s editorship of The Examiner from 1856 to 1867, his professorship at University College London from 1865 to 1889, his eleven-volume English Writers: An Attempt Towards a History of English Literature (1864-1894) and his general involvement in the literary publication scene during this entire period.
